I had stains from my sunroof left open that no one thought they could take out, and my son wrote all over the top on one side. Now gone like it never even happened. “Editing my review based on the owner's response below. I've never seen that at a carwash or other low-dollar card swipe vending, so just didn't know. Q-Tipp is a fine touchless carwash. Maybe a different POS service would help.
"Just had a car wash here and chose the $14 wash. Was charged $18 on my debit card, under "NAYAX AIR 3, HUNT VALLEY, MD US" Went to their website and they said the business will sometimes add a charge to process a card. Total Ripoff"”
“Went to Happy Hand car wash around 1 pm today and was the first in line. Staff throughout the whole process were great. Friendly and smiling at each station. Felt like they were happy was there. You don’t see that anywhere anymore. Price was comparable at other places for just the outside of car washing. Will definitely go there again.”

“Stopped in yesterday with a large pick up truck with a cap and ladders on. NO problem. My truck was filthy inside and out. Embarrassingly so... THEY took care of the inside and outside. Cloth seat stains gone! Vacuumed exceptionally well and even took out the plastic molded carpets and got underneath the flooring... in between the seats.
The attention to full detail was certainly great! I will be back with 4 more cars soon!”
