“I've always loved Bob's stores since I found them in Danbury. Haven't been in a Bob's since Danbury closed a few years ago. Now that I'm working in the Waterbury area they are all over the place. Went in just to browse for a few minutes, didn't buy anything today. Lots of great deals going on between clearance and other promotions. They also have their loyalty program which earns your money back. The store itself is a little dated, but still a pleasant experience.”
“I like this place for their socks lol. They have a great selection for a great price. They have nice young men's clothing for my teen boys and they have pocketbooks sometimes that are worth grabbing. They also have cute outfits for kids and hats for toddlers which aren't easy to find. Worth the stop if your in the area.”
“This location always have great customer service but this 1 particular day was amazing. Whenever I come in I always greeted and helped. Right before Christmas I had an issue with an order online that after numerous calls was still not resolved. They suggested I go in store. When I arrived, they informed that it was an online issues. With a packed store and 2 associates the manager multitasked and called in with me until the issue was resolved. They're always willing to help, whether it's something in the store I need help with or online. If they don't have it they will help you figure out where you can get it from. If it's something the carry but it's out of stock they're order it for you and have it shipped to their store for free. Can't say enough about this amazing team.”

“My teen loves this store. Its a super unique collection of acessories and clothes. So overpriced, but we try to take advantage of sales and rewards. The clothing is always good quality. But other things like earings, cups, blankets and handbags all i have found lack quality and wear or break quickly.”
