Came to buy vapes at 8:15 when they close at 9 and the women was closing the doors and wouldn't sell to me. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 HORRIBLE customer service. I'm a regular customer but I won't be coming back!!

Terrible business . They ALWAYS CLOSE BEFORE 9:00 !!! Literally got there today on 12/30 Saturday at 8:45 a they were closed . A this isn’t the 1st or 2nd or 3rd time that they close BEFORE 9:00 a their site an google states they close at 9pm . I will stop spending my money there because this is ridiculous it’s ALL the time.

Let me start by saying I have been a regular customer at this store. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars at this store. I was surprised this particular evening when I arrived an hour before close to find the door locked, and the usual unfriendly lady tenant turning the lights off. It would have been ok if it stopped there, but she turns and looks at me and proceeds to “shoo” me away and then turns back around and walks away…horrible customer service and BAD BUSINESS. Won’t spend another dime here.

Very angry that they won’t take ownership over being fraudulently charged 20.05 and only was only suppose to only be charged .27. They won’t do anything about it. The person who rang up the sale was named Santos. Even with proof of the charge. Lost our business

Went to make a purchase off of the 24.99 shelf and once the lady saw I really wanted the item she tried up charging me saying there was no sticker and that the one I’d selected was actually $40.

This place is alright. Prices are great on torch lighters but otherwise I don't feel it to be any more of a bargain then other places. Ive gone mostly for torch lighters & vaping accessories. The woman whos always there tries 2 be helpful but she really seems to not know much about vaping & several times has been very short with me as if im bothering her. Today I tried calling repeatedly but phone would just ring non stop til someone picked up then hung up on me. But ill continue to go there for lighters despite all that cause really can't beat price for torches

I was saddened by my visit today to Cloud X. Spinning the wheel is the most fun. I was excited to go in today and get my spin. However my excitement turned to sadness when the woman behind the counter told me the rules changed. Tobacco products no longer count towards your spin! WHAT? It's a tobacco store. ?
