Went to this particular location to switch my damaged phone to my new phone and the salesperson had no clue on what to do sat there for a half hour waiting for him to contact customer care with no response unbelievable.🤔🤔🤔

Sitting in the marking lot of the adjacent laundromat watching people going to the Cricket store. They try the door, find it locked, peer in window, wait 5 minutes and leave. Finally, an employee arrived at 10:15. They unlocked the door and slipped inside. Did not turn on any lights. Still no obvious indication that the store is open.

Wanting to port in 4 lines to this Company But HELL NO they dont know anything these Kids, today working! Please go to another Company Cricket isnt the same. Yesterday the Boy didnt want to help because his friends were in the Car rolling a blunt! do you but not during work hours and today the girl HUNG up on me Twice and didnt pick up another time i called,im ashamed BC i referred my friend to them but its not the same.

Call the store in Lakewood rd in Waterbury after 9:30am in which the store is suppose to be open at 9:30 also went there store is still not open wait till 11:15 to call to get answer about a phone I was just brought there yesterday to which I wasn’t suppose to pay nothing because it was already done for the month now I get charged for a phone that wasn’t suppose to be charged to which I tired to explain the store worker but he had an attitude and was rude. Cricket is this how you allow your retail employees conduct your business when working with electronics. Please do better and hire professional retailers to work for you in that location.

Went into cricket to switch over my carrier and the guy OMAR was a j***** he was rude, unprofessional and straight up not customer service friendly he should not be working here with the attitude he has, I will NEVER be back to this cricket ever. WORST PHONE PROVIDER EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
