It doesn't matter what time of the day you go the line inside the pharmacy area to pick up as well as the drive-thru it's always a circus they're very nice they have my medicines but the wait times are ridiculous

There’s a cashier at the pharmacy who has a terrible attitude. I came in twice today to drop off and pick up a prescription and both times she was rude. She knows she is rude because she had her name tag backwards so that no one could read her name but I asked her coworkers and they said her name was Noroby or something like that. It looks like she could be in her 20s or 30s young Spanish girl with a terrible attitude who should probably get another job.

You'd be smart to dedicate at least an hour if you need to pick up medications. Its more often than not that I've had to leave without my prescriptions because the line was ridiculously long and moving very slowly. There are three registers at the pickup window, I've never seen them all in operation at one time. It's very frustrating.

Today Lost My Favorite Part of Going to CVS the Great Staff. What's going on No More Humans running the Registers. Who will help me when I have a question. Not all of us are afraid of a Cashier behind a clear glass wearing a mask. Yuck

a male employee there needs to treat people like people, I understand you clearly hate your job but it's your job. If you don't like it quit. Went to print pictures out and accidentally chose "print in seconds" and didn't realize the instant printer was down. When I went to talk to the male employee he shrugged it off said it wasn't working. Told me "WELL" Shrugged his shoulders and walked away. His name I believe was Eric.

I had my first Covid vaccine shot at this CVS. The process was quick and efficient, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience.

When you arrive there is a sign that says park here and wait to be called on the phone. I waited a half hour then called the store. You can't reach the local store staff. The local phone number transfers you to a corporate office off site. I walked over to the pharmacy window and asked if they were running a half hour late. They sent ne to a handleless door which was then opened for me. The others waiting left in frustration. The person doing the test was incompetent, however so is the store management which offers no instructions for if no one calls you while you are parked in the appropriate parking spot waiting for hours with no one calling you. Exactly what not to do in customer service. Losing all faith in CVS Corporate for letting this go on.

Cvs in general blows! Incompetent, lazy, rude unstable employees. Won't answer the phones, when they do the hang up immediately or tell you to hold on them disconnect the call. Total POS Robots could do a better job. They think that because they have the contract with the health ins companies for the 90 day fill at cvs that they are good to go and don't have to give 2 F"s about customers, people or what's right! I'll pay the extra co pays and use another pharmacy from now on Seriously this has been going on for the past few years They need to wake up fix the bs that takes place in all Cvs pharmacies in CT they suck beyond words

Always, a long hold on the phone or no answer at all. Always, line of people inside to check out. I give one star for being 24/7 and I have no choice for 0.

Wait tome is over 45 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to a pharmacist!!! Not to mention you wait HOURS for a script to be notified. You have to actually call to make sure they are actually filing the script. West Main IS THE WORST!!!!!

I give them two stars just because the staff is nice and will answer any questions you may have. The downside is that unfortunately this pharmacy is always backed up 60 minutes or more. They must have a large amount of prescriptions and not enough pharmacists to accommodate their work load. The three or four overworked Pharmacists and hundreds of sick people needing medication 24/7 isn’t going to play out very well. They need a better system.. because they’re always backed up. Nevermind trying to call you’ll be on hold for a half hour (even if you are the prescriber) . Just to be told they are “still working on it.”
