CVS on west main use to be 5 🌟 stars for unfortunately they have completely to a 0 star ANo one answers the pharmacy or store my doctor sent 3 prescriptions in for me, it's been over a week and I'm still having trouble first 2 nightmare finally got them but the 3rd is for my arthritis I need it

First bad experience with them so it might not always reflect but won't be going back. Went there 5 pm for medication, was told 30 mins. Left came back 1045pm for the same medication. Was told 15 minutes. Sat in the parking lot and drove around the drive through, this being my third time today, only for them to them say they weren't told and I'll have to wait 15 minutes. Yea no! Horrible communication. What kind of service is that!?

For the enormous number of prescriptions they need to fill, they do an exceptionally good job. Yes, a few delay’s here and there but that is to be expected. The pharmacist gave me a suggestion to contact my doctor for a substitute drug. Saved hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Pharmacy personnel are all rude. Went to pick up a prescription at 730pm, after my shift at the hospital. Was 4th in line, I watched two people be told their prescription “wasn’t ready but they could expedite it and have it done in another 30-40 minutes”. Then watched the woman go into the refrigerator that is clearly marked “quarantine do not open or administer meds from fridge” looking for a script until the pharmacist told her to get out of there. Then it was my turn- shocker I was told my script wasn’t ready but could be expedited in 30 minutes. I nicely said the script was called in at 1030 am, you guys have had almost 10 hours to fill it before I got here, that’s kind of ridiculous and I don’t live nearby to come back, so here I am at 3 am writing this review listening to my 18month old screaming because of her ear infection with no meds for her until I can get back there in the morning.
