I don't have a car to pick up my own personal prescriptions and that the front store has been closed so I need to have them delivered tomorrow morning and that wil be okay cause I don't drive a car or anything like that but my daughter Nicole can pick up my prescription at CVS on north main and that's where they are going to pick them up and bring them to you at 163 Hamden Ave AptG in Waterbury Connecticut and that's where I live in Waterbury Connecticut and 163 Hamden Ave apt G and then I'll come to your house and pick you up

Just waited close to 20 minutes in line to pick up my prescription. The car in front of me was served and they closed The window Just by my turn. They have had one of my prescriptions on back order for over 2 months now. I'll be switching pharmacies, not impressed.

I gave it a 1 star because I couldnt give 0. Horrible pharmacy service. The store is closed due to maintenance and pharmacy drive thru is only opened. I waited in line for an hour to get up to 2 cars before the window for me to get turned away because they closed. Considering the situation and amount of traffic there will be they should change their hours to accommodate their customers. My 2 year old needed medication and I could not give that to her right away as I was instructed to. I will be sending my prescriptions elsewhere. Just awful.

Worst pharmacy ever. Put in for refill and can’t get for 14 days. High blood pressure medication. Should I wait 14 days without taking it? Waited 45 minutes for them to pick up phone then woman was very rude

Refilled my prescription using automated system Was told my prescription would be ready after 5pm. This was a Tuesday. I went to pick it up and the only way you could get it was through the drive thru. The line was wrapped around the building. I didn't wait. Here it is Friday and I decided I would have to wait. Did I ever. It still wasnt readyPractically 30 min

They’re poor on answering phone and not having prescriptions ready while it saids it’s in process but it’s not they need to do better on that .

1 Star because I cannot leave 0.Like all CVS locations, corporate policy and intervention(or lack there of) has failed this location. Understaffed and visibly dirty across the entire facility are the more obvious faults.One of the dirtiest sections is also the most vital section is the pharmacy. Prescriptions and garbage overflowing onto the floor.More concerning than any of this is closing the pharmacy without notification to the patients.For the information to be sent out to be patients out in advance would be the bare minimum, with help on having emergency prescriptions transferred being the proper way.Neither of these were the case. I showed up to a closed pharmacy, and spent 45 minutes on the phone to have 2 prescriptions transferred.I cannot fault the help desk agent for doing their best, but I can fault CVS as a whole and this locations manager for their failure as a location and as company as a whole.

Pharmacy NEVER answers phone at this location! Employee at store was rude ,wouldn’t let me ask my question and just hung up on me . Drove to pharmacy after hours of issues and was ignored at the designated check-in counter . All this and only 4 customers in the store !!!! Wasted a whole day just dealing with this CVS . Find new staff or shut this cvs down .

Horrible pharmacy!! They never answer the phone when you call. I called two consecutive days and was on hold over an hour before I hung up. They are constantly out of stock on medications. Their automated phone refill system is a joke. From now on, I will get my prescriptions from Amazon and Birdi online pharmacy. Those businesses have better drug prices, answer the phone when you call, and have better overall service.

The staff is nice, but when I got my photos developed it took over a month and I only got one roll of film back. I don’t understand how this is allowed to happen when other stores seem to have no problem
