Horrible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would… the pharmacy is beyond useless, they never have any medication in stock. I’m pregnant with high BP and I’ve been waiting DAYS for my meds to come in. I was told by the pharmacist at this location she can’t cancel my script so I can have my Dr write me a new one to a different CVS location. I asked when my meds will be in and I got a snarky “don’t know call back tomorrow” as a response… they are rude and unprofessional. I am switching pharmacies after I get my prescription… when ever it is ready…

Super friendly amazing customer service from Justin at the front counter! Made sure to get all of my (600!) pictures ready for me to pick up, and was so kind and helpful. Thank you again Justin!

As I'm writing this i am walking around the store trying to see what i wanna buy new for the holidays & i guess this is some sort of management just keeps making me feel uncomfortable. Every aisle i went in there he goes tryna follow me. Like i understand you have to do your job at watching out for people but im just tryna find what i need. Im just so shook of how im getting treated.

Worst customer service around! Called Monday to get multiple prescriptions filled. Was told that one wouldn't be ready until Wednesday and the rest on Thursday. Went to pick up on Wednesday on my lunch break and it wasn't ready. The lady there was able to get it ready, but it left me with no time to get food. I asked her about having Thursday's prescriptions done by noon so that I could pick them up on my lunch break...hopefully. She instructed me to call in the morning. When I did, they said that the truck hadn't come in and to call back at 11:30am. I called back and was on hold for 25 minutes for them to tell me that my prescriptions wouldn't be ready until 1pm. So now I have to skip my meds until tomorrow thanks to CVS. Does anyone know of a better pharmacy in the Waterbury area? One that actually cares about their customers?

It was easy to schedule a vaccination appointment and I was in and out quickly. They even helped me set up my other vaccinations that were overdue. The pharmacy staff was attentive and courteous.

I placed a pickup order for ONE ITEM. I sent my husband to pick up the item when he got out of work. Tell me why he was waiting by the registers & no one noticed until almost 10 minutes of waiting? He looked around the store and didn’t see a single employee. And when someone finally came out… my order wasn’t ready. So on top of already waiting, he had to wait even longer for the employee to grab the item.Definitely don’t recommend picking up items from this store.

The worst. Racial profiling a lot of the costumers. Unprofessional, unorganized, hiring family members when they should not be doing that . And there manager kimberly she I so rude and unprofessional. The store aisle always a mess she does not care or take full responsibility of this store so yes this store is the worst

Another awful Waterbury store. It took them 10 minutes and two people coming up front tell me the printing machine didn't work after asking if they worked and being told yes it worked. Out of order signs are easy things to put up unless you just don't care

Super pleasant pharmacist when we went on 12/20/22 afternoon for vaccination. Prices are reasonable and CVS extracare makes it even more reasonable.

The girl at the pharmacy is by far the worst employee of the CVS chain that my wife and I have ever encountered. She should be FIRED !!! Rude, discourteous, apathetic and incompetent.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with....no thanks to my insurance, I have to get my prescriptions from here. It's extremely frustrating when you're standing there for 25 minutes to just drop off a piece of paper for a prescription and there are two pharmacists just standing there talking to each other as the line grows and grows. The pharmacists clearly aren't happy with their job, don't do their job, and maybe shouldn't work in this field. As a nurse, this is embarrassing. Healthcare has gone down hill as it is, and this does not help. If people are going to go into healthcare (pharmacy is included in this), make sure you're doing it for the right reasons. Maybe people who don't like working with the general public shouldn't be working for the general public. Get a new career. And to the pharmacist with the short bob cut and Arabic descent, your tone of voice and eye rolls are extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Please quit your day job.

Lady on the pharmacy completely unprofessional. She will continue to take care of people that got there after me and when I say I was here first and all I need is to drop of a prescription. She just told me i need it to wait cause she wasn't picking up prescriptions. Completely unaceptable.

Pretty standard CVS. The selection and is slim and what they do have is a tad overpriced, but if you really need something in a pinch this place is at least serviceable. Would be three stars but I'm knocking one off for how grimy the carpet is. Hygiene counts!
