This is worst store in waterbury. The worker lady is most rudest person in waterbury.. Store is always dirty and cluttered mess. Worst customer service. Worst employees. I go to this store because it’s in my neighborhood on Fairfield Ave. Customer service is awful at this point put robots in the store they will be better representatives for your company.

Best staff !!!!! Customer service friendly !! They go above and beyond for you!! The store manager and Mercedees and her assistant Julian are the Bomb!! Is an awesome place to shop and work!! Go check them out!!

They have great managers and wonderful staff. Always greeting customers, offering to help, and definitely service with a smile. They take exchanges with receipt and exchange your purchased items with no problem or return whatever your preferred payment was at time of purchase. I love that it's close and it's great quick shop spot to get nessessities, food or toiletries and can't beat the prices. Special thanks to the polite and friendly staff for making my shopping quick, convenient, and affordable. I always leave happy thanks.
