Rich was spectacular in explaining all the coverage options for my car, including things I was not ever aware of. Today, it's more important than ever to have good coverage. I was impressed with the the first-class service. For me, cars are very important. I work very hard the things I own and it's nice to find and agency that cares that cares as much. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! RICH RUINED ME, GOT MY REGISTRATION SUSPENDED, BLOCKED ME WHEN I TOLD HIM HIS WORK BACKFIRED AND SCAMMED ME!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place a 0 I would! And he is also making insurance policies for me that are not accurate! I just received something in the mail for a policy that will be starting April 14th 2025 that I did not agree to it’s not even my car on the policy! Rich just keeps trying to ruin my life and on top of it he blocked me and hangs up on my when I call this location!! I have never in my life been treated like this from an establishment!!!!!! Rich why are you doing this to me then blocking me??? You are a poor representative of Allstate! This Buick is not my car!!!! All I can do is honestly cry from the way Rich scammed me and also got my car suspended! I have all our conversations recorded as well and I will try to post it on here! I DO NOT OWN A BUICK BUT AGAIN RICH IS TRYING TO MAKE MY LIFE HELL!!! I DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THIS POLICY!!!!!!
