Ordered snacking bacon I just got a clump of all burnt bacon I don't and the guy taking the order seemed annoyed that I was ordering. . I used to like dunkin what the heck happened!

The workers here are extremely rude. They will not give you a refund if they do not have the food that you ordered they laugh at you. I will never go at this Dunkin again, and I will make sure to call the manager to tell her of the name of the person that “helped” me.

Lady at front crumpled up my bag and handed it out window because I put change in her hand too hard. Horrible customer service. Don't say your welcome when you say thank.

This is no longer dunking donuts . Its a bagel shop that has all kinds of s with choices of cream cheese flavors. They make breakfast sandwiches on bagels also. They sell muffins and all kinds of drinks.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 coffees, and 1 donut through Uber eats which cost a crazy $35. I get my delivery and half the order is missing. I call the number on the receipt 3 times with no answer. Impossible to do anything to fix my order. The bag has packaging with ONE cup holder.. for an order with two drinks? Bad service.

Dunkin is a solid performer. Decent service with o.k. selection of sandwiches and snacks. They do make a good cup of coffee.

Incompetent staff , can't follow directions. And the store manager (female) is the worst one of them all . Multiple visits and multiple issues with the staff.
