I was sent a coupon for an pilot change. Ehen I arrived, I was miy told that if it was more than 5qts, it would be more. It went over ny less then 1/3and I was charged almost double the price of the coupon.

Over all I was happy with the work. However, on the inspection report the said I needed new whipper blades. One, I would love to know how the did the inspection when I asked the to have them take the gallon of whipper fluid I had yo fill the tank since I knew it was empty. One I took my car after the service it was still empty. I also new I did not need new blades since I just changed them my self 2 weeks prior.

These guys do their job really well. They're a good part of the reason my 2013 VW Passat is still going strong with 150K miles on it.
Needed my tire fixed and the only time I could come in woud be very early in the AM. Hunter got me in at 7:30AM the next day and I made it to work on time.

Went in for a vehicle inspection they told me “everything checks out”. Alright, took my car down the street to deal with a separate issue, Guy pops the hood tells me both my air box filters are broken and not aligned properly. Take it back to Firestone not even 15 mins later, they claimed they didn’t break them and that’s how the car came in. Ok why wasn’t it pointed out and showed to me during the inspection? You take the air filter out to check during inspection so why not tell me they aren’t seated and the plastic is all broken. WOULD NOT take my car here at all. Took my car down the street to Monro and they found issues Firestone didn’t find. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANY SERVICES FROM HERE. 0/5 stars.

Kept my car all day then lied about the work i wanted done. I had to point out to the person u gave me the paperwork that its clear nothing was completed. He proceded to blame the staff from the night before which shows me there is very little communication. The day before they forgot they had my vehicle then forgot to let me know the work was finished then like i mentioned befofe proceeded to mislead me saying everything was complete this is not the first issue i had here but by far the worst. Look for other options use firestone as a last resort

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING MONEY! Go to willie’s in southbury! I had gone in for an alignment and went about 2 days until I realized wow my car sounds the same as before I went in there. Now The first picture I show is what my cars alignment was legit 6 days after leaving there. Absolute SCAM! And to the guy on the phone who said “that’s like comparing apple to android” i got my money back dumbo! 🤣 Yall couldn’t have aligned my car because I had a control arm that was on the edge of death. As true mechanics yall should’ve seen this and known you couldn’t have possibly aligned my car properly without that being fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!
