Never again will I order anything from kids footlocker, I order 2 pairs of Jordan’s one was cancelled and I was never notified bout it, the second pair been at the same location for 3 days so I know that means it won’t arrive tomorrow. Bad service

This complaint is against footlocker online. Not sure where it's out of. Anyway I purchased $500 worth of sneakers from footlocker and they took the $ immediately out of my account. Well a few days later I get a notice that they don't actually have the size of one of the pairs I chose,yet my money wasn't refunded. Well finally that was solved and they e-mail me a coupon for $15 with no minimum purchase for the hassle,I thought this was very nice of them. Well I try to use the code provided and it won't work on anything even though it clearly stated there was no minimum so I try to by a higher priced item figuring maybe there is a minimum. Still no luck. So after 3 days of e-mail back and forth they inform me that that code was never any good so they offer me a 20% coupon off of a purchase. Meaning I would have to spend an additional $300 to get my so called $15 gift. So I bring this to there attention. Yet again days of e-mail. Then they tell me that the 20% was actually a better deal because the $15 gift was never valid to begin with and that they would be happy to make the $15 gift available to me but it can't be applied to anything they have on line and the 20% coupon could be. Well needless to say they have better offers online than both of these offers. I was planning on spending at least $300 more worth of stuff considering I have 5 boys. But now I will never do buisness with these people ever again and I have spent $1000's in the past. My boys really like there stuff but now I will find the things they like somewhere else. This is rediculas coustomers service and I don't know how they consider all this a gift. Thanks for nothing footlocker.

They have decent stuff there and are no longer late receiving newer shoes. Some of the employees there have to keep it a little more professional. Just dial it back having too much fun playing in front of customers at the register. They've gotten better with offering people stuff that makes more sense.

Purchased 5 pairs of sneakers on footlocker.com, with the idea that I can easily go into the store and return what I don't like/doesn't fit. Shoes came, tried them on and none of them worked. Went into the store to do a return and exchange a pair. They had the pair I wanted that was released that day which worked fine. With the other 3 shoes the Rep- possibly the manager..... wouldn't return them and only offered to mail them back to the .com. Odd I thought.... as it's credit transaction it's not as if the need to refund me cash. So I sent them back via ups. Manager of Rep, made comment about why I would buy sho s without knowing they fit....?! My response was that's why I bought from footlocker so I could try them at home and if they didn't work make the easy return into the store. Well in that same order 1 of the sneakers was mailed separate and came 3 days later. Tried them on didn't like them. Went to return this 1 pair. Was told they can't return them in store, I said it's a credit transaction not cash. Still refused.....

Poor customer service by the manager. I attempted to buy new running sneakers. The male worker showed me 2 pairs & then kept trying to sell me merchandise that I did not need, at this point when I refused the un-needed merchandise & told him I'm not interested it became apparent that he was frustrated. The male manager does not value customer service at all his primary goal is to push un-needed merchandise. he then later said we will not find an entry level running shoe at the brass mill mall.

I called to ask a question and the girl hung up on me i went there and the Spanish girl was not nice
