They literally have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life! I specifically asked the woman there will my son she would be here before his birthday. I ordered them on Monday. I didn’t even want to order them, but she kept pressuring and my son really wanted them. It is Saturday HIS BIRTHDAY!!!! and they’re saying that they won’t get here till Sunday, or Monday!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬THEY LIED and if they weren’t going to get here in time, why the hell did you say that? They have the worst customer service, the people you talk to on the phone or in person or rude and disrespectful I would never ever give anybody any advice to go there again! The only reason why u gave one star is because I couldn’t put none. You guys are a disgrace to the the name! Now my son can’t have his gift and has to wait!

If I could give negative stars I would. The manager was rude, service is terrible. The manager, a young lady named Ari refused to name her manager saying she is the highest employee and has no supervisor which has to be nonsense. When asked for a regional manager name she refused and said leave store. I will never shop at a Footlocker as a result of my experience today.

Bad customer service went in buy a few pair of sneakers for kids asked for help straight up got ignored as if I was bothering there phone time went next door to finish line got good service and 4 pairs of shoes I'm glad they liked my 500$ won't be back to this foot locker location
