This GameStop location has closed

GameStop is a cool store to check out the games coming out. The staff is much better and very friendly, and they actually know what they're talking about when it comes to games. The in-store service is good and can be impressive. However, the store often falls short of a personable experience that leaves you wanting more. There are some qualms. Making a return or exchange can feel a little off-putting, even with a receipt and an item in its original, re-shelvable condition. The store is also almost always out of stock of items. There can be issues with pre-order bonuses not being available or properly stocked for customers who pre-ordered, and follow-up communication by phone is often unsuccessful. While it is a good GameStop for maybe picking up something at a non-discounted price point, these inconsistencies are a bummer and a shame.
