Customer service reps can be difficult and the store is very busy, therefore what you're looking for may not be on the shelf when you need it.

I visited Home Depot located in Waterbury on May 17, 2022. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I want to especially thank Khari who offered to load my mulch and soil into my car. I never had to ask, he just came over to help. Very nice young gentleman. Trust me, people do notice kindness! Thank you!

Tool Rental Department were not only very knowledgeable but courteous and patient. Staff calmly listened to my questions and never interrupted even when I was vague (due to ignorance) about what I needed. I will return to same for my next DIY project.
