Why does this place always always have long lines and only one cashier open? When I see the long line I shop around and find a few more things I want, 15 minutes later, still long lines. Management really needs to do something about the poor checkout. This is why Sears went down the drain.

Was shopping for tools today and overheard the manager (manny his nametag said) speaking racial slurs to an employee...i was appalled.. It is absolutely disgusting to hear that...needless to say i walked out. Never again will i shop there.
