The service is incredible, with professional and knowledgeable staff who provide perfect customer service, take time to explain the various services, and help customers choose the best wash for their needs. The process involves sitting in the car as it goes through the automatic washing tunnel. For a decent automatic wash, nothing on the car gets scratched or broken. After the tunnel, customers can do their own drying and then use the provided vacuum hoses for auto interior vacuuming. Some staff, like the towel-dry guys, receive high praise. However, newer staff on the pre-brushing crew sometimes put little to no effort in, barely swiping the brush past the vehicle, which does not help with dried debris. The car wash has great deals and its own products customers can use. Many recommend it and some plan to sign up as members.
