I went to return a Christmas gift, and because my sister made the purchase with her credit card, they would not give me cash back. Absolutely ridiculous!! They will get her payment so I do not understand why they couldn't give me cash, especially when it was a Christmas gift I was returning. They would only give me a store credit, forcing me to purchase something in their store when I had something else I needed urgently. Shame on you Kohl's.

I visited the Kohl's in Waterbury 4 days after Christmas. I had to complete several post holiday transactions including returning several items as well as a confusing exchange. I was fortunate to get Marris! She was extremely patient and helpful. Marris took the time to check prices I paid to ensure I was refunded the higher paying item and was able to keep my Kohl's cash earned. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and pleasant!Kohl's in Waterbury will be my new go to location!Thank you Marris and Happy New Year!

I did Christmas shopping yesterday wasn't to sure about size. An employee saw me looking and asked if I needed some help and she told her suggestion to get the next size up. I was very happy since I was having a hard time choosing the right size.
