Hi I had a crazy experience so I had this thing were me and my friends were going to be characters such as Alvin and the chipmunks so I realized wait how about I get a cool hat so I am a really big fan on the Cincinnati reds and I went to lids this lids in brass mill center be exact so I walk to the lids and I ask them for the new reds which came out about 2 years ago which is the city Connect hat and they said that they had nothing in stock and that they had no shipment like that and I said that’s fine but mind you this came out 2!!!! YEARS AGO and it’s 2025 currently so I went to the other snipes near the family dollar and they had nothing so that’s how I ended up here so I went to the snipes right across so obviously am pissed off because how do you say that you have never got a shipment and mind you it says on the website that they have it In store but anyway let’s get to the point so I got to snipes and they HAVE IT !!!!!! So am happy but also am mad because as I just said when I went on the website for lids they had it so am in lids tell me why they have like 20 of the city connect hats unbelievable

My wife had went there to get our Giants Crucial Catch Cap embroidered for our Nephew. The first attempt was all screwed up. I had them called lids, spoken to Chev and was very accommodating, on Saturday. He told me to bring it back on Monday to Unstitch and restitch. Today I dropped off, and received a phone call from Chev about 3 hours later stating the cap is all done. The stitching looks awesome. Chev went out of
His way to help and make sure the job got done correctly. Highly recommended.

This is my 3 attempt on three different occasions that I’ve tried to go to this store, they open and close when they feel like it. They have a sign on the door today that says I’ll be back @ 3pm and it’s 3:10 and still no one is here.

Don’t know who’s running this location but they don’t open or close when they supposed to. Whoever works here comes in and leaves whenever they want. The lids brand went down hill

I try making a quick trip to buy a hat it said it opens at 10am and is 10:30 still not open . Don’t put a time that the store it’s not open SMH
