Harry is the best! The store pricing was very different from the internet pricing but he gave me the best deal. He was not high pressure sales oriented and very knowledgeable and patient with me. I would recommend Mattress Firm for all of your bedding needs!

Kevin was very attentive and friendly. Had me try a lot of beds to make sure it was comfortable for me. The store was very clean. He explained everything to me so I could understand polices. I would tell my friends and family to go there.

I haven’t bought a mattress in 25 yrs so I really needed a new one. I chose Mattress Firm since they only specialize in mattresses, they had good reviews and local store near me (Waterbury) was convenient. . Donnie welcomed me on arrival and listened to my comments & concerns. Mattress options have changed for the better & after testing out several models, I chose the right one for me. The prices and extra options were very reasonable. I got an excellent product for the cost. Very satisfied & recommend.

2nd time buying from Mattress Firm. Both times great service, No pushy sales people, very helpful, polite, understanding, always stayed within our price range. Great prices. Will go back again when need another mattress or bed.

First time I been there and very nice people and very helpful, I bought the mattress and base and shipping was excellent, they did all the setup and very friendly. I would recommend you buy from them and I would definitely buy my next bed right there. Very pleasant shopping at their store.

Sales Rep Gerald was absolutely wonderful! He greeted us with a smile, explained the differences in mattress styles, and patiently worked with us so we could get a great deal! There were several other customers in the store and Gerald consistently acknowledged each customer and thanked them for their patience. Had an EXCELLENT experience with Hector today, purchased a mattress that I love at the price that I was hoping for. I felt very well taken care of and I am so excited about my new bed. Hector was very professional and didnt make me feel uncomfortable like some people in sales might. He was respectful and didnt put any pressure on buying, but I am so happy that I did! Highly recommend shopping here for a mattress

My husband and I had a great shopping experience at this location. Our sales person - Gerald - was knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, is professional, and was able to help us pick the perfect mattress within minutes. The store also has a wide selection of mattresses on display. Delivery date/time was flexible and convenient, and the automated delivery notification system was spot on.
