“I went into the Verizon on Wolcott St to get my phone upgraded. I was greeted by Kathy, the owner, she was very busy but made sure to greet and give attention to all the customers waiting. She went from person to person and tried to help everyone while customer's phones were updating or being transferred. She was so friendly and personable and I enjoyed chatting with her. There were two other employees working with other customers as well. From my observation, they were knowledgeable, patient, & friendly. Etan helped me and he made the transfer of my II Pro Max to 17 Pro Max so easy. He was friendly and made general conversation along with Kathy, that it made it feel more like a visit than a business transaction.
This is the kind of customer service that seems to be fleeting these days, but thankfully, it still exists at this Verizon store.
If you are in need of an upgrade or just want get started, go see Kathy and her staff. They are so knowledgeable of the product they are selling and they seem to genuinely care about the time that they spend with you. As busy as they were at no time did I feel rushed or dismissed.
