I always get my 3 dogs vaccinated at Petco during their Vetco clinics. It saves money and they are seen by a veterinarian. I have my regular veterinarian just in case they get sick or hurt.

I have been taking my fur babies to Petco for more years than I can remember. It started with my first baby. At first I was not choosy about who groomed him as all their staff did a good job. As he got older and unable to stand up for long periods of time, I was lucky enough to have him groomed by Jamie. She showed my baby compassion and took such great care of him. She is now our groomer of choice for our second baby. She is amazing! I highly recommend Jamie and the staff at Petco grooming.

Our dog gets anxious about getting her nails trimmed. The groomers at Petco were very nice, and they did a great job bathing our dog and trimming her nails.

I walked into Petco in Waterbury mon a Wednesday like 2 weeks ago at about 10-10:30. The styling inside was at the computer eating at the time I walked in. I wanted to asked a few questions about a puppy I have regarding grooming & some other basic questions. She seemed annoyed when I walked in asked if I had an appointment to which I stated no. Again I only had a few general questions about my puppy before making an appt. She wasn’t to happy about me interrupting her meal time I guess & seemed annoyed. I told her that I was good & I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a good experience today with the associates. Although I was disappointed to see no shopping carts in store. Rebecca carried out 3 20lb.boxes of litter to my car. I would not have been able to make the purchase otherwise. I will be returning there for sure! Please consider getting some shopping carts in the future. Kudos 👏 to the sales team!

I waited 10 minutes after I asked for some help in the small animal section after someone at the front paged for assistance for me. All the items I needed were not stocked in the aisle and no one ever came to assist me. Went somewhere else and don't ever plan to visit Petco again. A real disappointment.
