Great car wash! If you need an express detail this is a great spot with such a clean waiting room. Great for little ones as they have a play corner too! They also do oil changes. Check out the pics! Complimentary coffee, you forget your at the car wash!

OMG this car wash was such a great customer experience staff was incredibly polite they made me feel as if the whole car wash revolved around me Jose was so kind and explained everything very simply and made my experience at the wash super easy I also spoke with a man that goes by eric just thru our conversation you can tell he is very passionate about his job he was great as it shows thru his employees great crew I would 100 % recommend platinum car wash to all my friends 5 stars for sure

This is one of the worst car wash in area. The just use the foam no soap or wax. Brushes don’t even touch your car if they do they will scratch it full of sand, and it’s not even drying at all, the guy at end just do little touches with rag, if you find him. Also it’s one of the most expensive car wash. Customer service is horrible.

They say they have a sign for a good car wash $2 off 1199, went to go get he said that did not include tax so for a regular car wash $13 I don't know little pricey for me, vacuums were good

The absolute worst place for auto services. Sure it’s a fast oil change. Used them for years when it was Ciarlo’s. That’s when it was legitimate.Now, go there for oil services and or transmission flushes. And yup, they forget to fill the fluids!!! Yup! It happened. Above all the management are cowards. Multiple calls. Emails. About the issue. Ignored 100%. Until a lawyer was mentioned.Do not go there.UPDATE!!Review here for a week now and not a response. Cowards!! Par for the course. The GM wouldn’t even return my calls. I tried to be nice.

I have gotten a couple of oilChanges no problem until my last I contacted the location about myIssues after being told I was speaking to a manager I called back and they told me that the “manager” I was speaking to doesn’t work there and they did not try to resolve my problem!
