My daughter was shopping for a good bed. We were lucky to have asia as our rep. she listened carefully to my daughters wants and needs. We narrowed it down and bought a beautiful and comfortable matress set!!! It was delivered the next day!! Who else does this?? Thank you asia for your proffesionalism !!!

I would have to say that this was one of the easiest purchases I've ever had. Went into Raymour and Flanigan for the furniture I wanted. Francisco Got it written up, got a date set, and they delivered it on the date that they said. They give a 3-hour waiting time. And they were on time. They give you notification before they're arriving and they have a tracking system if you want to be informed where they are. The guys that delivered the furniture were very professional,very quick,and very neat and clean knew exactly how to bring the furniture in. I would definitely use this company again for any purchases of furniture or any sort of whatever else I would need thank you Raymour and Flanigan.

I have to start this review by saying that the customer service I have received from Raymour and Flanigan has been absolutely atrocious. They admit that my issue was valid, and if it happened to them, they would be furious as well. I purchased a set of three rugs from Raymour in 2020 for $1,700 and after they came, I had contacted Ray more and expressed my concerns about the rugs falling apart and pieces of the rugs all over the house. They told me to wait it out and it should get better. Then I followed up again and then they told me it was out of the one-year manufactures warranty. Now they sold me a completely defective product that should have lasted for 5 to 10 years and didn’t even last one year. They sent me $100 gift card as an admission that their product is defective. After further calls to Raymour and Flanigan corporate and Management they offered me a three to $500 gift card on top of the $100 gift card they already offered. This is more of the mission of their wrongdoing and how they are at fault. I’ve decided I’m going to take this to small claims court because I can’t be out $1700 for the three rugs that I spent that didn’t last at all. Your business should be ashamed of how they treat customers who receive defective products. Additionally, I purchased two couches from Raymour and Flanigan over the years that have had numerous issues and have had numerous service Appointments attempting to fix them. The quality of their furniture and their rugs is not as good as it used to be and the customer service is even worse. I guess we will have to have our day in court. I will lay out the facts of how they fraudulently manipulate customers into being outside of a 1 year manufacturers warranty so they can sell defective products and get away with it. Raymour and Flanigan better hope that I haven’t suffered any lung damage from breathing in the particles of their defective rug.

First thing I will say is they are deceitful! They have items in their “Outlet Section “ that they DO NOT tell you are NOT part of their “Outlet Section” inventory!!! I called to ask why my 20% discount did not show on my sales receipt… gave me BS about the system being “old”. And he said that some of the regular inventory was moved into the outlet section cause 5 Guys moved in and they had to condense the area in the first row to include regular inventory items, but they don’t disclose that when you’re in there shopping !! Then when I asked what the original prices on each item was, I was given the regular price of non outlet inventory?!?! Then tells me it’s 20% off the original price of inventory not the outlet price on the tags?!? I was told I would get the 20% discount if I financed it for only 6 months. If I went any longer than that, it would be the main floor inventory price!! Meaning that the bedroom set in tire “outlet section” was NOT DISCOUNTED until I agreed to short term financing!!?? Ohhh and btw the $1499.00 mattress in the “outlet section “ was not discounted at all!! VERY DECEITFUL!! I have had an account with them for a very long time! I am extremely disappointed and will not be going back there again! Bedroom set was for my mom & cost us over $4500 in an “outlet section “?! ZERO STARS!

What a great experience! Rich Smith, Jr. was our salesman. He was exemplary, providing excellent, well-informed service without pressure. He was personable and patient. I would highly recommend this salesman. He provided his days off, Thursday and Friday. Be sure to shop when he is working. You won't be sorry.

Today I received a dining room table which had a minor defect and The delivery people were more than helpful and willing to return everything wrap everything back up unscrew stuff and put it back in the truck without any hesitation they understood and I really do appreciate it because they were very caring and understanding. I was also dealing with the show room manager Louis or Luis not really sure how he spell his name but he has been very very helpful throughout this whole process and understanding I also had a couple questions a week ago and he was also helping me I’m just very happy with Raymour and Flanigan customer service they do go and above beyond.

I bought a $1000 sofa bed for my nursery and only after three months it started making all sorts of noise and waking my newborn up at night. I had two technicians out the first one just put a lubricant on it which did not fix the problem and the second technician lied and told them that he fixed it they will not give me a replacement I would have gone to Walmart if I knew this.Walmart or any other store would’ve had a better sofa bed at a better price. Don’t waste your money.-Dana-
