Best experience I have ever had buying furniture!!! We Love our new Bedroom furniture! If you are thinking about shopping here, do not hesitate!! Our Salesman Will was great! He is such a nice man, he was never pushy, not once. He was so patient, he helped us get what we wanted and made sure we stayed within our budget. Very nice girls answering the phone and delivery team great!

Jamie was our sales person he was very helpful helping us pick out a few pieces of furniture setting up delivery dates and answering all our questions. The checkout staff were also friendly and helpful explaining and repeating our order and delivery date will do business with them again

Mistakenly received wrong love seat but they were beyond accommodating and I received correct one on next scheduled delivery day! And they pleasantly took blame and fairly compensated me for the error. Top notch service and delivery service. I will 100% buy my next purchase from them. Thank you.

The young salesman, Carlos, was so VERY helpful. I have a difficult time walking & was looking for recliner to help with my limitations. He took his time with me & we picked out a great one. Also a room size rug to complete the look!

JUST ASK FOR WILLIAM ?????!!Working with William was a pleasant experience. He brings knowledge, kindness, and empathy to the business. He was very easy to talk to and it was nice to have someone listen to your ideas and do their best to make them come to life. He compared the comps and even explained which would be the best mattress for our sleeping styles. Others on the team were nice and professional as well, so regardless you are bound to have a great experience. However, to us Will’s personality oozes love and compassion. We are very happy with the price we paid for the items we purchased and are currently waiting for our delivery. Pictures coming later….?

The salesman Edwin took enough time with me to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted, no high pressure sales tactics, although he did show me one little extra that I couldn't resist! A very thorough purchasing experience leaving no room for doubt about what you're getting. No complaints on the sales experience. I hope the delivery goes as well.

A family member, now 101-10 months of age) purchased a recliner lift chair in 2021.It would not work so I called to access her Platinum policy.I was told to check to be sure it was getting power, it was, and then try the remote, which did nothing. I was told, without anyone coming to inspect the chair that it needed a part that would take 6-8 weeks. I was also told her chair was discontinued or she could have a store credit. How could a 102 year old be without that lift chair for 6-8 weeks. The only answer was to get the replacement. I was told I needed to make an appointment with a manager, which I did. However when making the appt. I was told I it has to be during the week. WHY when managers are there daily. Upon my insistence I was given a Saturday noon appointment. Of course I took Jennie to pick out the chair, not a particularly easy task. She chose a chair that could not be delivered until the pickup could take place at the same time, which would be Tuesday.When I inquired about taking out another platinum policy and told we couldn’t. We couldn’t even get the remainder of the current policy to apply. I was told if it was a manufacturing defect, we could get another policy. How can you determine the issue without inspecting the chair. I am not happy and will continue to pursue this issue. It’s terrible that a necessary product, bought in good faith only lasted 2 years and worse yet is it would take 6-8 weeks to repair forcing her to get a replacement.

We have always had a great experience with all of our furniture purchases from the Waterbury Raymour and Flannigan store. The quality and choices are always great as well as merchandise availability and quick delivery. This last purchase went above and beyond. We were buying a bedroom set as a housewarming gift for our son who lives in Philly, the Waterbury Salesmen, Jaime Velasquez and Edwin Montanez were able to work together to help us with the purchase, financing and delivery to Philadelphia. I had to call to make a couple adjustments to our purchase order and the changes were made withing minutes. The salesmen were both very knowledgeable and professional.

We were looking for a new sectional and were met by Denisse who was a big help. She showed us quite a few and we did pick one and bought it. And since it was in stock it's coming in a few days!! Can't wait and will be back again for our future home needs. A lot of beautiful offerings!

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, I had the pleasure of having Carlos as my sales rep, he went over everything I asked for, then we looked for a living room set. I told him everything I wanted and my budget, he took me to the perfect set and even tried to save me some money but I was set on a certain set of tables…..……thanks Carlos you were great!!

Manager was very arrogant, me and the wife were getting new furniture and she wouldn’t even talk to me. If it wasn’t a warrantee replacement I would have walked out. Wouldn’t recommend the Waterbury CT location, or at least not dealing with the manager.

Bought a beautiful chair yesterday for pick up. I am enjoying sitting in it tonight. Very fast service. Professional, pleasant and accommodating sales people, especially Heather. Highly recommend this furniture store. We will be back!

We had a great experience at Raymour and Flanigan while shopping for a new living room set. Edwin was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us to find exactly what we were looking for, all within a half hour's time.
