Schmidt's and Serafine's Power Equipment is a well-regarded hardware store known for its excellent customer service and personal attention. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff who provide helpful answers and solutions, even on short notice. While prices may be slightly higher than larger chain stores, the store offers a good assortment of items and quickly restocks popular products. Located just off Route 8, it is a reliable resource, especially during busy seasons like winter when essential items, such as ice melt, are readily available. The store's small parking lot is a minor drawback, but the quality of service makes it worth a visit.
I have been going to Schmidt's and Serafine's for over 15 years. I love the personal attention they give their customers

The customer service here is excellent. I was working last year, 2 days before Christmas, and I stopped in to purchase a keyhole saw and I was short a few dollars. One of the gentleman that works there paid the difference out of his own pocket..
