I went to get some Nikes and told this woman I wanted size 4 1/2. She just ignored me and kept talking to her friend. They're supposed to be there to sell, not talk to friends.

Staff is horrible there ignoring customers, while they joking around in the front desk and not even acknowledging a customer that went to buy 5 pair of sneakers for my family, sad but I will never go to that store again sad to see a great store go out of business for staffing not caring of company revenue.

I went to the Waterbury. They had a sign up on a table saying, '3 for $20' for shirts.
I had my kids pick 3 each, a total of 6 shirts, from that table. I went to pay for the shirts among other items I was purchasing, and asked the young lady if the '3 for $20' deal was applied. She told me she couldn't do that as the shirts were ringing up for a different deal - 'buy 1, get one half off', which was an increase of $75 more versus the $40 it would have been if it was the '3 for $20' deal. I asked for the manager and he refused to honor the displayed price.
I ended up paying it for my kids. It was horrible customer services; I was overcharged.
User's recommendation: Don't believe the signs false advertising.

I went to another snipes after here was able to exchange my sneakers the rude ignorant man said to me that the sneakers were worn due to the sticker inside the sneakers not being centered and the sneakers having a crease when it was purchased 5 days ago I filed a complaint with corporate and got my sneakers exchanged mind u the price of the nike sneakers were 140 I have spent thousands of dollars in this store with my daughter and he just lost a great customer very unprofessional very rude and the stickers on the other snipes inside the sneakers are not centered neither thank u.

Everyone was actually very friendly and helpful. They all asked if I needed help. If the name on the receipt is the guy who rang me out then Devon was very nice, he was happy to get whatever sizes I needed and told me about the sales going on. And the woman working was very polite as well. I’m glad because I hate walking in a store and not feeling welcome, it happens in shoe stores a lot I feel like. But this was a good experience.❤️

White boy with pimples would tell me one thing, then turn around and say something completely different while giving attitude. Gotta hire people with more experience, not 16 year olds with a attitude

If you are coming here and expect good customer service forget about it that doesn’t exist in this store, all the employees are on their phones and don’t even greet you when you come in, its like they hired kids that never work before but other then that the setup is nice and they have a good selection for shoes and clothes.

The product selection is wonderful and I was impressed by the cleanliness, but the staff are stand offish, on their phone, I never once got asked if I needed help or wanted a shoe. I had to being the shoe I wanted to them and then I said I need a 10.5, not oh ma'am what size would you like or something like that. The employee was not social or asked if their is anything else I could do for you. Just customer service is not up to par. But the product is there.
