Literally called ahead and asked if they had an iPhone 13 in stock. Waited 10 minutes for them to call me back after looking in the safe - confirmed that they had one. Drove all the way out there. Waited 10 mins for them to open the safe again and there were magically no iPhone 13s in there. Complete waste of time. Do not use this location if you want competency.

Went into this establishment to open a line on an existing account and purchase a phone. I was advised that there was a current promotion for the iPhone 12 if you open a line the phone would be half off. Upon leaving the establishment I received an email from TMobile to log into my account to view new documents. Since NOTHING was explained at the store I opted to log in and realized that the rep at this store electronically signed my signature on multiple documents without my consent or knowledge. It also was noted that TWO lines were opened despite me only needing or requesting one. It also showed a second receipt that clearly stated a second phone was provided at no additional cost that I did not receive or was even aware of as no finance agreement or contract was provided to me. I brought the phone back to the store the very next day to advise the manager of the situation as well as the legalities of signing a contract without someone’s consent and DESPITE this information he still chose to charge me a $70 restock fee and said this was his company policy. I will never do business with this store and I urge any prospective customers to do the same!

The store was amazing! Abner, Cristian, Don & the whole crew were literally unbelievable! Abner gave us extraordinary service! I see why they’re ranked number 5 in the NATION! I recommend this store to ANYONE thinking about switching wireless providers! The service was exceptional & I’ll definitely be recommending/ coming back. The experience was amazing!

I stopped in quickly for just a replacement screen protector my S22. As I walked in the store I was kindly greeted by 4 gentlemen employees who were professional and polite and looking to help. They even helped with another issue that Tmobile Customer Service couldn't help with. Cristian, Adonis, Chris Y. and Jeffrey all assisted with the issue. I highly recommend this store.

The BEST T-MOBILE store in the state! "Richie" (manager) is fantastic, and goes that one step further with customer service. His leadership shows in his coworkers! Good people here.

Went to the store at 1249 West Main Street in Waterbury, CT to purchase new phones on 7/28. Sign on the door said hours this week (7/26-7/30) were 11am to 6 pm. Arrived at 11:40 am to find the door locked. No answer when we knocked. Two attempts at phone calls went unanswered. Nothing to indicate they were not staffed. Hope they don’t work on commission.

Mostly customer service was good just 2 little issues. 1) realized never got a receipt for transaction 2) bought a screen protector and rep said they would put it on. Started the process, while I did my transaction. Got home and screen protector not on phone. Would have liked if they said they would do it that they would actually do it. Now I don’t have all the pieces to clean the screen, etc for prep before placing the protector on. All that being said, I would still come to this location in the future for any needs.

One of the worst experiences with T-Mobile. Went to this store earlier in the day, looking to upgrade my phone/plan. Everything went fine, was presented with info and amazing promos. Decided to go later that evening with my wife, ready to upgrade when all the info that I was given was false, no amazing promos anymore, totally different prices from the SAME sales associate. T-moble just lost a long standing customer. Do not recommend this store at all.
