Rude customer service. I had to make a return here and was left standing while associates were talking and on their phones. I waited for 15 mins to have them simply scan a bar code for my return. There was a huge line at the registers and at the copy and printer station as well. None of the employees made any move to try and manage the crowd. Everyone was getting upset. I understand if you’re understaffed but there were employees just walking around checking phones and enjoying the fact that people were unhappy.

day before thanksgiving, what was i thinking but ive gotta say, ANDRE @ checkout was super helpful and made me aware of how i could get coupons. ended up saving $20 on an ink cartridge. he knocked himself out helping. now that i think of it, last time i was in @ printing the gentleman at the counter was really great too! i was hesitating about going in but im glad i did. Andre slso told me about price matching for the dreaded ink cartridges if that particular kind is available at Walmart or other stores. Couldnt be happier!

I was disappointed in how the shift manager talk to me. I keep my cool I paid cash for my purchase. Then I realize I grab 2 TN ink cartridges I need a DR after paying. Got to my car seen I had 2 ink. went back inside ask to exchange and that I would pay the difference. They didn’t have enough cash to issue me back. When I never asked for cash. So I said I just want pay the difference. The young lady called for a manager I waited a good 4 minutes the store was pretty busy. Finally he came out and didn’t ask me anything started talk to the cashier. I said all I want do exchange thisTN -and get DR I will pay the difference. He huff and wiped his face like he was annoyed. I know i had to compose myself. With out a word he said no cash back. I never asked for cash back. Plus I didn’t see a sign in any place that said NO CASH BACK (policy posted any where) Won’t be visiting your store anymore ?. They way he talked to me.. he need customer training. This purchase was for the company I work for. Won’t be returning.

I went in to print out a paper and all of the printers in exception of one was working. The only one working was preoccupied so I went to the customer service desk where a young lady with short hair was helping out a customer. I was patiently waiting, then a customer who just walked up to the UPS drop off point came and waited. These are 2 different areas.The young lady finished helping the customer and quickly ran to go help out the UPS drop off person while I was already waiting in line. I was clearly waiting in line next to be helped and she just bypassed me. We literally made eye contact a few times so she couldn’t have missed me.She was Intentionally rude as I stood there for a moment in shock, I then collected myself and left.

The girl in the copying department went out of her way on 8/28/23 @11:40AM to help out a senior citizen with printing insurance cards from a cell phone email account. Then she helped herself to $200 from an account. Watch yourself folks and she knows exactly who she is and what I talking about. I doubt she will be working there much longer.How can we connect and have a conversation? I've tried 3 different times to contact the General Manager of the store 3 separate times and each time no one will come to the phone. It doesn't seem like that particular store likes answering phones or getting the manager on the phone. If it happens once, it's nothing, twice, you start to wonder but 3 different times? It almost seems no one in that store wants to talk to me. I wonder why that is?

Wonderful experience! The employees there today were very friendly and certainly patient with us as we had multiple photos to print. Great service overall.

At 7:05 p.m. the guy behind the counter informed me that they are about to close so he can’t fax anything for me because he can’t touch the machines.? He Informed me that he shouldn’t even be behind the counter but “people keep coming into the store.” ?My thoughts? Well until the store close, he should remove himself from behind the counter or assist customers.?♀️

I went to Staples to get some cards printed for a party that I was hosting that involved staples printing and cutting the pages to size. Upon looking at the finished product the person had cut off the lettering to the copy. It was also lopsided. When I went back to show them the damage and poor quality she proceeded to give me an attitude saying that she was very busy and didn’t know when the new print would be available because they had rush orders ahead of me…even though they screwed them up in the first place!!! I think this is absolutely ridiculous because they messed up. I need these prints ASAP and thankfully I looked at them a few days before the party. It still does not warrant attitude given and the fact that this person was annoyed with me that I was wondering when the product would be done. I do not recommend Staples for prints at all whatsoever this is been one of the second times I’ve had issues here I will go elsewhere. FedEx seems to be a lot better
