This is by far the slowest bank I've ever been to. They have only two tellers and the tellers take 10-15 minutes with each customer. It's a bank... the entire time I stood in line one woman continued to help the same individual and then proceeded to chat with another customer in between. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Overall someone needs to change and they need to do better because this is wild. I have no intentions of returning to this specific bank again, and will go out of my way to not utilize a TD Bank in the future. Frustrating.

I have been banking with TD Bank for over 16 years and I can say this, every time I step into this branch I’m greeted with a smile, hello, good morning whether it’s Destiny, Jayla or Tiana those ladies are so nice, respectful, fast, friendly and professional all in one. It truly makes a difference being nice to your guest/customers and I can say those three ladies got it down packed?❤️

Met with a lazy, rude and slow employee named Tineka today at this branch. Treated me very unprofessionally and acted as if my money was the bank’s money. Meanwhile this incompetent was training a new employee. Go to other branches, they are much nicer than this ghetto location.

A teller stole $100 from an elderly, disabled, Christian and me. Then, we discovered that this bank has multiple accounts for the said elderly, disable bank account-holder; without her knowledge or consent.We asked them to delete the said unauthorized bank-accounts for four years. They said yes, but didn’t. We contacted the media.A few days later, Organized crime gang-members showed up at the said elderly, disabled Christian’s apartment, broke down her door, burglarized her apartment, assaulted and battered her, kidnapped her, and tried to execute a planned hit on her.They did the same thing to me. We called the FBI and reported them for money laundering, theft, and attempted murder; as legally advised.May God have mercy on these people’s souls. Their souls are in a very, very dark place.

Prob one of the worst bank branches. Bank teller had no idea what she was doing neither did the manager. Couldn’t even figure out how to cash a check of a large amount on a Saturday. Told me it was a “Bank Error” and she needed to speak with her client before cashing the check. Wasted my time. Came to a different branch on Monday morning. No issues. In and out. No questions asked.

I'm looking for the company as a whole. I have never been on the phone with a bunch of such idiots before. No one knew what they were doing. It's been two months and I still couldn't access my account because the people who work for this company don't know what they are doing.

Don't open an account. I constantly didn't have the amount I thought I did. They would glom money out for their so-called "fees." Some people at the bank were pleasant, but some were not. Never again.

Called to complain about an extremely rude, disrespectful employee. Come to find out this employee was the MANAGER of the branch. That should tell you the level of professionalism here. Terrible attitude with no provocation and threatened to close my account. Did nothing to help solve my problem (though she claimed she did.) Questioned me about and mentioned my personal information in earshot of multiple other customers. Been with TD for years but honestly considering switching banks if nothing is done about this manager. Clearly after reading other comments I'm not the only one who's had an issue with this woman.
