Best location to get a passport.
Make an appointment and make sure everything you need to be submitted is already in your hands prior to payment . Ken is hilarious and makes the experience enjoyable . Ken literally knows everything . If you need any help , he’s your guy !!!

The gentleman (Ken) who was doing passports today was extremely accommodating and helpful. He processed my childrens' applications quickly and we were able to continue our day with minimal disruption. I highly recommend this location for any passport services!

My first time using the post office I sent 2 packages to two people. One already got their package but the other didn't. They were supposed to get it on the 27th but they didn't. They waited till the 31st only for me to get a message that the package was getting sent back to me because they didn't deliver there and ran out of time or something? I tried calling the place and all I got was a god damn customer sever call that was zero help what so ever. Never sending a package through USPS ever again.

Went in for my passport today and was greeted by Kenny and Sat. He was super helpful, funny and informative. Sat requested to help not knowing Ken was helping. I will always come back and recommend ppl come to this location

Kenny and his female co-worker exemplified excellent customer service through their friendly and helpful demeanor. My package was recently stolen due to certain circumstances. I had contacted Gary at USPS who i believe may be the manager there. He helped me throughout the entire process step by step and took little to no wait time with communicating with me. I was able to get my money back thanks to his help. Very nice person and exceeds to help clients with any issues. Thank you to him and make sure to contact him with any concerns he’s great!!

Yes, I am saying this. I am highly impressed with Kenny at Lakewood Post Office in Waterbury, CT. He is s amazing. Not only did he handle all customers but at the same time he did passport with professionalism and accuracy. I am so appreciative. God Bless our USPS workers.
