The average Walgreens. I was at this location as it was the closest place to get my vaccine. Not the greatest part of town, but easy to get to (even with all the Mixmaster construction), and lots of parking.

Scheduled my Covid 19 series at this location. Each experience was very nice. Smooth and efficient...Johanna was especially nice and Alex who administered my 2nd shot was kind and professional. Very pleased with my experiences here. Thank you Health Care Pros!

My medication was not ordered correctly by the pharmacist and it was not communicated to me. I was only told there was a problem, but they were working to correct it and would contact me soon. there was no further contact. When I inquired I was told the pharmacist placed the wrong order and if it was not in by the next day I could get a partial refill. Well the next day came and still no call from the pharmacy. My medication was not ordered correctly by the pharmacist and it was not communicated to me. When I inquired I was told the pharmacist placed the wrong order and if it was not in by the next day I could get a partial refill. Well the next day came and still no call from the pharmacy. I went in after work and was told they were not sure when the order was going to come in and that I could not get a partial refill because they gave some else the rest of the pills they had in stock earlier in the day. I was told that if I had come in earlier in the day they would have given me a partial refill. I tried to get another refill authorization for a different location, which the doctors office said they would have to have contact the doctor. Oh yeah it was now 5 minutes before the doctors office closed for the weekend. Needless to say I was not able to get my medication and will most likely have to go the weekend without. Thank you Walgreens for the fantastic customer service. It was also comforting to know that Walgreens only authorizes certain generic brands and if they did not have this policy the pharmacist could have ordered a different generic brand and had my medication the next day. I guess Walgreens is yet another company that puts corporate greed before customers health and safety.

As I’m waiting on the line to pay for a pair of tweezers, two packs of Always regular pads, an eyebrow pencil, body spray, and mouthwash the store manager walks over from the photo booth and accuses myself and my family of stealing. He grabbed the stuff out of my hand and tells me that I took the products off his counter and that they belong to him.
