I never have a problem shopping at walgreens. The only downfall is they do not have enough cashiers to get customers in and out quickly. I feel like I'm always in line forever. Other than that they always have the products I need

I'm happy with the pharmacy. If I have any questions they get answered. My scripts are ready when I get there and I'm in and out rather quickly most of the time. They have good people working there.

Pharmacy with management like Alex or Dean, turns out to be best Pharmacy around. Once you discuss your situation with either of them, things usually are straight. CVS in Waterbury, too many customers and not hardly enough competent workers. And I'm being nice here. Stay away from there.

Went to this walgreens today for a few items. There was a Spanish guy there that was very helpful and friendly. The girl at the register had a really nasty attitude. All I did was ask a simple question and her tone was horrible and she caught an attitude. I'll be praying that God touches her heart and takes all that anger away from her bcuz she definitely needs the grace of God in her life. I won't be shopping there again if she's in that store, I will walk right back out.

I have a hard time walking with neuropath in my feet went to the cash register and they made me walk to another cash register and another cash register back-and-forth back-and-forth at least five times. I have bad writers in my hands. I had to swipe my card eight times punched in my phone number eight times and then she says that I'm holding up the line while three of the employees are just standing there with one cash open, they didn't have anything I wanted. I couldn't get any briefing I needed if you go somewhere else don't go to the store.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Not the franchise this specific one. I just went in purchased my stuff, little girl hands me receipt and says have a nice day. As I'm about to walk out I realize I don't have my large KitKat I just purchased and it's on my receipt. I then realized it's in her hand I called her back and asked to speak to manager she got one I told the manager and asked for it back the manager was rude as well. I then got a new one seeing manager wanted to walk away without a care in the world and the thief cashier let me take it so I did get my KitKat but not til after I flipped on her.

worst walgreens i’ve ever been to - customer service the worst I tried to redeem a four dollar coupon for Lumi and the cashier would not honor it. It was on my app, but because it didn’t come up in her system, she wouldn’t honor it not good the Walgreens in the Bronx where I came from they go above and beyond to assist you

So I got a prescription when II opened it up. All my bottles the seals were opened and medicine was missed I called them they told me if it was open it would have spilled all over the bag when I opened the cap the seal was open the cap was shut closed so nothing slipped out the seal wasn’t there and it was low I called for a replacement they said the new medication wouldn’t be under my insurance smh check ur medicine before u leave someone in there is tampering with my medication. Please be careful.

They are so rude. The girl who works at the pharmacy with the blonde and black hair is very rude and disrespectful. They don’t want to help there. They are careless. They told me my prescription was ready then it wasn’t ready then it was ready in 20 min then they didn’t even have it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Walgreens.
