Walmart is publicly advertising and promoting sexuality towards children!! Just sick!! Absolutely disgusting and sad. I will never purchase anything from Walmart again. This is just as bad as Amazon. Amazon is selling books for child molester's called how to love a child. What is happening in this world. Is America the only country that is allowing people to promote having relations with children and men calling themselves women and vise versus? I can tell you now if I had a child and saw a man walking into the women's restroom it wouldn't be good for him. SICKO'S everyone that is letting this happen and supporting it should be ashamed of themselves. Picture when you were a child how would you have felt if a grown man or woman was doing unspeakable act's and no one supported you when you said something? Disgusting

Before covid they always have a long line at Services. Always one person helping and have you waiting online for 20 min every-time ! Don't come here for pick up orders or guest services !!

I've grown to enjoy the staff that I see in the mornings at Walmart. Always very cheery and generally happy to be there. One of the employees at the entrance is a hoot and a total joy to speak with when I visit in the mornings. The renovations they have made in the past 2 years or so have really improved the look of the store. When it comes to Pick Up In-Store (located at the back - in the entertainment area) they are very timely with getting your online order. My only gripe is the auto section. Poorly managed from my multiple visits there. They always underestimate the wait time for automotive work (average wait time has been 2-3 hours). Put that aside and the store is always very clean, organized and always stocked with product. It's one of the best maintained and stocked Walmarts that I've been too (better than Supercenter in Naugatuck).

Super busy, but gentleman at the front of the store offered help. Nice! School supplies were at the front of the store but I was looking for items that weren't there. He asked another very pleasant gentleman who went out of his way to help me locate it. Nice again! Turned out to be in the stationary section. I was in and out in no time. Another plus with today's visit was the cashier in the express isle who actually not only spoke to me, but was friendly. Thumbs up!

The staff In the Walmart vision center of Waterbury is rude. Very rude. I can go into a lengthy paragraph as to why they're rude but I'm not. These are hard times and it seems like instead of people having compassion for others, they are losing their humanity.

Tonight I experienced verbal harassment, threats and profanities from the Assistant Store Manager! My friend and I were shopping in the store at around 8pm tonight...My friend was in a nearby aisle getting food items and I decided to check out their futons. I pulled one out into the aisle and pushed the back down so I could lay down and try it out. Next thing I know, this guy gets in my face and yells at me saying, "This is not a shelter, it's a display, get the f*** up!" His name is Nik, apparently he's the assistant store manager of this train-wreck. This idiot was assuming that I was a vagrant or homeless person! So I then said to him, "I'm thinking about buying this futon so I will get up when I'm ready". He then said "So you want to get out of line? Get the f*** out of here and leave the store!" I couldn't believe that I was being abused and sworn at by the store manager. He also kept referring to "you people", again like saying I was a vagrant or maybe he meant something else, not sure. The thing I really noticed about this guy was that his eyes didn't look right, like he was on a lot of psych meds or illegal drugs, he almost looked crazed or deranged. He started darting around with his walkie talkie, saying he was going to call police. I ended up calling police myself tonight when I got home and they told me to try contacting the Walmart corporate office and if that didn't work out, to call them back. I'm also going to consult with an attorney for the horrible harassment and abuse that I received from this ignorant nut-job.

While the store itself is a good place to save money, their debit card reeks of fraud. I had one of their cards and in a matter of 2 months I had $650 of fraudulent charges made on the card in 4 different installments. All within days of receiving deposits in my account. I luckily got the 1st $200 back but 3 days later another $200 was charged off of my card. Not even 24 hours of receiving February's direct deposit a charge for $50 and a Charge of $200 was made to the card. I contacted the card's fraud department and started a dispute over the stolen money. While they were all nicey nicey on the phone, they were covering up for their buddy who stole the money and basically just went through the motions of a shoddy investigation. Not even a week after I sent them solid proof of the theft, I received a letter stating basically that I was lying about the charges that I maintain I never made. 1 I don't fly, haven't flown since 1995, 2 I don't shop online at Lands end. I buy my clothes at Wal-Mart. And I have never heard of the other merchant listed as the recipient of the last $200. Their letter was flawed from the beginning because I only disputed $450 In unauthorized purchases not the $952.50 that they claim my dispute was over.

Horrible staff, every time I'm there I have to dodge employees who are pushing those large carts/ stocking shelves, they never say excuse me or thank you. Lines are always crazy with 5+ lines not open, employees standing around, when you ask they never know where anything is. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and messy. I avoid at all costs.

Went into the Waterbury location with a prescription to fill. Asked to see the selection of glasses covered by my insurance before I went any further - if there was nothing I'd be comfortable with, there'd be nothing to discuss. The woman I asked jumped right up in the saddle of her high horse and decided I needed an education. She talked so much I got an instant headache and decided to leave. I wasn't there yet, didn't want a speech and just wanted to see glasses. I informed her that this was not what I asked for, turned to leave and could hear her continue to talk to the back of me. For all I know, she is STILL talking. Please get a clue and follow the customer's cues. Not everybody is up for a barrage of information before they are confident in making the decision to proceed.
