I called to schedule a appointment for a notary service. They said no need one I end up waiting over an hour. 5 others employees looking at me for an hour not been able to help me. How would you rate this customer service?

Save yourself the frustration of having a savings account with this bank. They literally have zero customer service representatives for answering phone calls. I recommend going with a bank that has actual real alive human beings to answer your questions when calling. Otherwise, you will wait on hold for days and days. Terrible BANK. Deserves zero stars

Decided to leave Webster Bank after finding out they began charging a $5 service charge fee for a savings account that previously required a $30 minimum back in 2015 to open (now $300). I didn't put any money into it after opening the account back in 2015 but in the past 6 months I began to see a series of negative charges on my savings account that would start to pull from my main checking if left unaddressed. As if it wasn't insulting enough for Webster to consciously pull $30 out of a savings account over the course of a few months, the mouth breathing morons they have working in customer service refused to refund any of the charges, even the negative one after messaging them about the issue. I guess my money isn't good enough for Webster, that's fine, plenty of other banks would love for me to bank with them instead. Special thanks to Noreen F., for the "help." Enjoy the $30 you pilfered out of my account.

I went in to refer a friend and get 50$ for the referral. A Hispanic lady took car of us to the far right and she took my information down for the referral. A couple months later I call the department that handles referrals and they told me she never sent in a referral for me. She probably just put it in her name. I don't trust this branch, super fishy. Gave me a hard time before when I needed some documents bank stamped and signed for a home loan. Wish people would just do what they're getting paid to do nothing more nothing less .

This is one of the banks most convenient to my home and most of the time I have to do ATM deposits after business hours. Every time I go to use your drive up ATM it's touch screen either isn't working properly or it is not accepting cash deposits. Sometimes it even says out of service. Most of the time I have no issue going inside to use the one that is provided there after hours but most of the time I've noticed their card reader on the outside door does not work so you can't get into the area to use that one. I am forced to drive across town to chase avenue and use their branch. Might stop trying this branch altogether.
