Made an appointment a week in advance to open a new account. When walked in they made us wait 45 minutes and once it was our turn to go in they took in a different couple that walked in after us. Poor service and communication.

Was in like for 35 minutes with 2 people in front of me, the tellers were chatting so much with each customer about personal stuff that I ended up leaving.

ATM is always down and then they have the nerve to charge ATM fees if we don't use the bank ATM.

I prefer this branch even though its over my town line. They are always very accomodating, no matter what their situation. Today was the last day they were issuing temporary cards: called 1-800 line because I found questionable charges so they stopped the card.When I asked how I would be able to make purchases they said youll receive card in 5-7 business days, but if you want a temporary one youll have to go out to branch & its last day to do so,since they are eliminating this feature at the branches. Glad I picked this one, they took me without having made an appt. The last time something like this happened in the Wolcott branch, Head teller was annoyed that I didn't know I had to make an appointment & told me to go & wait in hallway near door. There was not 1customer in there. I was told I would have to wait bec she was waiting for an appt,& I asked how long would temp card take. She said a few minutes. I said, well given that your scheduled appt is not here can you accomodate? She had this face on like she wanted to roll her eyes but she gave in, however I was very uncomfortable being there. I explained to this branch that I wasnt sure how to make appt, & tictoc, they would be closing soon so I ran over. They said its best to call local branch as opposed to online because its unreliable. So now I know! and my crisis of not being able to go grocery shopping was averted.

Customer service very bad. I was literally on the phone with a banker crying and they said they would return my call but never did. They disregarded my concerns and cared less about it by not addressing it or even having the decency to call me back. This bank should hire more professional employees that ACTUALLY care about their customers.

This is unfair to our community especially now with all this covld19 try to get a bank check to pay my taxes for my property and they was charge me $10 to get a bank check so I had to get all my money cash to not pay the $10 this is why I credit unions and online banking are winning

The bank was customer friendly. Doing business here was great my check was despoited and my money was available. Social distancing was practice and mas wearing was a surety.

Staff is very rude and only there to collect a check with out giving any proper customer service. Asked to speak w branch manager Marco Zuniga and he's just as worse! Tried to explain to the man I may had missed there phone call making preparations to bury my grandmother and he told me "o everyone going through something, not just you" heartless inhuman statement. So I called and made a complaint, now TD Bank, here I come

If I could give 0 starts I would. The teller that helped me had no idea what to do. First she told me over here when I was waiting in line instead of an actual proper greeting. I was withdrawing money inside instead of at the ATM because I'm waiting for my new card to arrive. I walked in, gave her 2 federal forms of ID and then she said she couldn't give me my money I wanted because "the deposit that went through doesn't have a hard check attached to it". Well its saying it's available online and if I had my card I would of been able to withdraw my money without and issue. 20 mins late and her going back and forth to another teller. (How about you call the manager over to help you since you obviously have no idea what you are doing). I was also going to cash a check we got for Christmas and she was saying she couldn't do that because it was from a different bank. I'm pretty sure I've had an account with Wellsfargo for 7 years and been able to do these 2 transactions without and issue. I think your tellers need better training on their job and customer service

While this local branch strives to serve local communities, this bank's infamous legal case, however, in which managers fraudulently set up fake account in customers' name, is a complete turn-off.

Love the Wolcott branch professional and great customer service. Always took great care of my banking needs for myself and my husband. ( my husband has accounts there) Stopped in a handful of times in Waterbury branch past few months, just myself. Not the same at all in this branch office. Dress code must be non inforced. Tons and tons of personal taking between employees,when line is very long. Not only myself getting frustrated with long wait but other customers as well. ( we all knew that it was Friday and employees were going out for drinks etc... Hello, let's get the line down then has chats. Not a good experience. Manager was right there and included in this. I left and went to Wolcott branch were they took care of my banking needs that day. I guess from now on I know if it's not the atm for this branch and I need to go inside, I'll go to Wolcott.
