Willow Street Laundromat is a clean place with a large number of machines for its size, including big machines for big loads. The prices are fair. The dryers are top of the line, super excellent, and get super hot to dry clothes quickly. Parking is available outside. The employees are very helpful and attentive. Some note that it is not big enough for the neighborhood and needs to always have all machines working, with occasional machines not working. There is no change machine, so it is best to bring dollars. The facility is accessible, with no problem using the machines for those in a wheelchair.

The attendant at this location jasmine, was very sweet, very attentive and helpful. The place was super clean and welcoming considering the neighborhood is not the greatest. I appreciate their dryers they are strong, you don't need to put too much minutes to get your clothes dry. I have never use washing but I saw like they're in reparation, I will recommend that to ensure good service is given to their customers. The woman who works there is so kind.
