absolutely horrible service, my service was disconnected with no notification of why or for what just hi good morning your service is disconnected. after searching every possible place to speak to someone, i get a live person to tell me my plan is no longer sold and they try to upsell me some garbage plan that’s more expensive. all this after i come home from a long day at work with no wifi. i am FURIOUS at this moment.

Horrible company. STAY AWAY. You will regret every minute of it. You cannot get help via phone. They will transfer you, disconnect you, hang up on it. Minimum time to do anything is hours.

Most horrible customer service. My father is an elderly man he went in to pay the Internet service, he requested help from one of the workers to use the kiosk to make a payment. And the workers was extremely rude to my dad stating that was NOT HIS Job, excuse me that's part of customer service especially for the elderly population.. he can be your father treat them with respect!!! I hope the store manager sees this review

The workers look at your face and bring you a translator. They never ask if you speak English.

Very poor service. My second time coming here nobody at the front. Only one person getting service so why is there 5 of us just waiting for the reception. There’s 4 employees on the floor and everyone is just looking around. I’m number two in line and number one hasn’t even been acknowledged… everyone just talking to each other and rolling their eyes at us …

There's absolutely NO reason a NEW customer should have to wait over an hour just to pick up a router.. that's a ridiculous wait time. Makes me want to already cancel my new account 😡
