amazing place! prices started at $2.99 a yard and up. awesome selection and tons of inventory. there are carts and a ramp to use to get around the warehouse area. very pleasant experience

Love the Waterford store. Such a great selection of high-quality fabric and you can’t beat the price! Definitely worth the drive. The only complaint I have is their limited hours. I have a 9 to 5 job so I can only go on Saturdays. I wish they had one day during the week they were open late.

Great selection! Name brands for only 4.99 a yard is worth the trip. I especially went for the batiks. Great place if you need lots of yardage for quilt backings too.
