Such a great experience getting brow service at Benfit Brow Bar in Waterford. Breanna was wonderful and my eyebrows look fabulous!! There was also an eye mask included with the service that was really nice!

Breana at the Waterford Ulta brow bar has been doing my brows for quite a while now. She does such a wonderful job! I am blond and without the brow tint my eyes are invisible. I love the shape and how she is able to mix the perfect shade to match my hair color. Very professional and personable young lady. Highly recommend!

Rachel is such a wonderful threader and so easy to talk to! She was very gentle and left little to no redness on my face when I left. She also helped me find a brow product that was natural enough for me and did the job I was looking for. I am looking forward to returning for my next appointment :)

Been a platinum member for years as well as my mother. I stop by Ulta sometimes weekly between this location and Lisbon. After my last 4 visits especially yesterday, I am really considering cutting ties with Ulta completely. How embarrassing is it to constantly hand out coupons to you shoppers and then have your cashiers not pay attention to how they ring customers out. The coupons Ulta hands out per shopper is so inconsistent. I receive 0 coupons through mail yet my mother gets them monthly. No big deal, but not great. But tell me why everything on sale is never straight forward, even the manager gets confused? Last couple visits I was unable to use my coupons or cashier ignored my rewards or cared which coupons I have... and yes I always start with what I have for coupons. I ask to apply and when I get my receipt, I always get the same response.... "Oh, well I would have to return it all ask for approval and then re ring you out." So my coupons I've wasted so far, trying not to be difficult as the worker always seems frustrated is 20%, $3.50, and $10. These are what drives us to come in. Well yesterday really did it for me, when I bring my mother in for Mother's Day and neither of us could use our $10 rewards after I was told by the cashier It did come off my total price. I also had other coupons, but was told I could pick one to use. I asked to apply my rewards but again was ignored. When given the total I had to ask again to apply my rewards as I was tired of just letting it go with my pricing. We even added my things to my total to be able to use the $10 off coupon. While eating lunch next door I looked at my receipt and saw only thing applied was my $6 reward. I went back this time and wanted to know where my coupon went. The response I got, without any apology for being lied to was "well, you must have picked premium items and those don't count..." WTF does that even mean? I spent more money on something nice so a coupon can't be applied?! Where they do that at. Why didn't she pay attention when we asked as cash out "yes it took the coupon", and if it didn't why wasn't my other coupon applied. Why was my coupon not returned to me if not used? I can't trust in the cash out process when it is this much of head ache every time. Not only that, why does everyone in the store stare like everyone is stealing. If anything I feel like yall ripping of your loyal customers with these coupons ya can't even use or force you to use a credit card you don't want to. I gave it four times for a better experience and what a major fail this store made. Back to Sephora.

I was in line at Ulta this week. I witnessed the store manager being very rude and disrespectful to a customer. It bothered me very much that I felt this woman was discriminating again him. He was of ethnicity and she seemed to be denying him because of it. He was there with his family and his little son had to witness it. It's very disturbing this is happening still and needs to be address. I will no longer be using this location and encourage this behavior to be reprimanded. The managers name was Andrea.

Breana is the best! I’ve been getting my brows done here for years and it’s the one place I NEVER have to worry about my brows getting jacked up- every persons worst fear and I’m no exception!!! I’ve never had a bad experience the girls here are always so nice and take their time perfecting their craft!! I could not recommend it enough! It may be on the more expensive side for brows but it’s worth it for the attention to detail and just the care in the service you get! I loved talking to Naomi while she worked here and getting my brows done by Sage as well. You can’t go wrong with any of them they’re all nice and SO good & talented at what they do!Breanna is my personal fave as she is so soothing and kind it makes my day every time! My brows come out perfect every time!! It’s more than a service it’s an art and that’s how it’s treated here. I love it!!! Give breanna a medal!! ????
