The location, access hours, and safety of my property were the most important factors that guided my search. The rent-a-space checked all the boxes with the additional unexpected pluses: friendly staff, great price, and clean. Highly recommended.

My items were safe and protected. Access was easy and available whenever I needed to go there.

My unit has a leak my items are covered in what appears to be mold. I thought they were working with me but no one from insurance company has contacted me and my request to have the district manager call me has been ignored.

I came in looking for an affordable rental unit for a bunch of my old belongings. I recently had a baby and I just don’t have the space anymore. I spoke with a gentleman who I believe was named Nick, he had glasses on. He was so awesome and knowledgeable. He really helped me to break down how much it would all cost and if it would be suitable for me financially or not. And better yet he really put a smile on my face when he wished me a happy Mother’s Day. So glad to have people like him in this world.

Rented units here 8 years ago. Returning and units are still very clean, secure, carts available for use. Friendly staff. Promotions available. Ability to downsize unit (and therefore expense) as we emptied it over time. Highly recommend.
