The slowest service EVER. Doesn't matter if you go inside or through the drive thru, it is just slow. Was never like that before. I DREAD having to go to the pharmacy. I had a prescription sent yesterday at 4:00 pm and wasn't filled until this morning. I go to pick it up at the time that was convenient for me (the customer) being sick as hell, and the pharmacy is closed for lunch. Well isn't that nice you all get to have lunch together. WHAT A HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL. You are inside a retail store, there is no reason to close an entire department for lunch. Ever heard of scheduling lunch breaks? You are not a doctors office or a private pharmacy, let me repeat you are a BIG BOX RETAIL STORE.So I went yet another day without my prescription. "F*** the sick" should be the pharmacy's mission statement.Once I get my voice back I will be calling into corporate to file this same complaint.

Horrendous service. Vaccinations were a mess since they let anyone walk in without an appointment and don’t care about the people who actually made one. When I inquired why there was such a backlog the pharmacy staff was rude to my face. Insulting to be treated like this and CVS management should review their practices as this location. I want an explanation and an apology.

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. I have never seen employees more judgmental, unkind and less caring than the way I watched THE WHOLE STAFF treat one of their pharmacy customers. I'm not sure what the actual problem is but it seemed like she was a regular at the location and very accustomed to the anxiety their treatment of her caused her. This customer had 3 children with her and was waiting for at least 25-30 min from the time I was there alone. She was patient when she tried to give her name and they very rudely cut her off and told her to wait. She took a seat until she received the automated text saying her meds were ready. I watched her check the phone, tell her kids it was ready and then proceed to the line. She was met with huffs and eye rolls when they saw her and when she told them she'd been texted by CVS one of the pharmacy techs actually raised his voice at her. Her face turned red and she was clearly on the verge of tears. I'm not sure of the details but I'm a meddler so I went over to console the woman and let her know they were completely out of line. That's when these words actually left her mouth - "they don't like me because of the type of medication I'm on. They think I'm a loser so they treat me like this every month." Apparently her doctor has even called to address it but no change in their behavior. I'm disgusted and ashamed of their behavior on behalf of that woman and CVS across the board. If you can't handle a profession where your personal judgments are unwelcome I suggest you don't work in the medical field. Atrocious.

Very disappointed on the costumer service, I came to pick up a prescription for myself and mother which she has me receiving text messages that prescriptions were ready for pick up which was not trueWhen I asked the cashier on pharmacy she told me that there was a line and she had no time for reviewing if is ready or notSeriously thinking on changing pharmacy location , this is not first time. They should increase personal we the costumers are not to pay the price of administrative malfunctioning.

I love my Pharmacy!! Brittany is always helpful and going the extra mile for me. I have watched several customers interact with the employees there and most of the customers are rude and nasty and the staff is always kind and helpful. I have to say if i were an employee at my CVS I would only last a day and would not be able to put up with peoples disrespect attitudes!! The staff needs a pay raise for all the things they put up with especially during a pandemic. Thank you Brittany and Crystal and all that work there your the best!

The store manager of CVS located at 106 Boston Post Rd, Waterford is verbally abusive and extremely unprofessional to customers. She does not manage the store well and generally treats customers horribly. Not a nice woman and not a well run store. I recommend contacting CVS corporate in Rhode Island directly if you have problems with the store manager or any other employee that works there. The manager does not not take complaints very well and can be down right nasty if she feels she is being constructively criticized. How CVS hired this woman to run the store is absolutely beyond me. I have never seen a worse manager in my life--especially the way she interacts with customers. Horrible manager who violates CVS corporate policy. Make sure you ask to speak to her district leader and the regional manager above the district leader-- to ensure the good old girls network is not in place.--- Meaning female district leader covers for abusive Waterford store manger because they are "buddies". Go to the top and keep complaining if the store manger at 106 Boston Post Road has one of her "episodes" and acts unprofessionally towards you.
