As a man shopping for womens shoes (for christmas) the young lady working on Christmas eve was super helpful and didnt make me feel like i was bothering her. I ask lots of questions cos i like to get my girl gifts that she really wants. Great selection too.

Stopped in as we hadn't been here in awhile. Always organized and generally clean, although a couple areas could have been fixed up a little more orderly. 4 starts as it seemed a lit of the popular sites were missing the size we were looking for. Good clearance section in the back area.

I just went to the Waterford location to buy shoes, I chose to wear them out. However upon arrival at the counter the cashier made me take the shoes off so she could check the sizes. How embarrassing to make someone do that. I didn’t make a scene because I’m not a crazy person but do better DSW. How rediculous.
