Whenever I go to a hot topic, I always feel welcome and accepted, and this was no exception. The staff there were wonderful and really helpful.

The employees are wonderful it just sucks they still haven't expanded the sizes they carry. Unless I'm with someone who can make purchases there, I really have no reason to shop in store.

Always find something I can't live without! Leaving a review today because it was the best experience I've ever had at Hot Topic. My son needed some items that were beyond reach so we asked staff to help. Shaqeal was delightful. Super helpful and very kind young man. Definitely gives a fun welcoming vibe to the store.Great employee, cool merch.

Ended up ordering some pants for an upcoming outfit to the store. Sadly the fit wasn't quite right but Jalen was able to get me a return to my card as well as help me out to find sownthing that worked for me. Excellent customer service.
