Great service! Had some difficult issues with taxes in 2021. They researched and helped me resolve them in a timely fashion. Now a smaller issue with this year’s taxes and they were there for me again. Highly recommend!

They charge an arm an a leg, for work that they don’t even really do I did most of the work. And also they told me and my wife things that weren’t correct my grandfather is a tax processor and he has corrected everything so next year I will definitely not be using them. Also will be using turbo tax my wife didn’t even claim any write offs last year and still got a refund this year she claims write offs and these people some how made her pay back in taxes 1200 plus the 200 and something dollars cash for the services, also mine was about 500$ wasn’t worth it lol ill use turbo tax from this year on

The folks at the Waterford office were just awesome! They not only filed my 2022 paperwork by e- file....but also reviewed and amended the last 3 years of returns. I can't tell you how grateful I am to Kathryn Sneider for her thorough efforts! ???I will definitely be back next year and there after.
