“This review is about Manny, the manager of the Waterford Verizon store. I am hopelessly confused when it comes to anything to do with my cell phone. While at the store on Friday March 13, Manny exhibited many excellent qualities of a helper. Qualities such as knowledge of the Verizon system and skill in showing me what to do while trying arrange an automatic bank withdrawal for my monthly Verizon bill. He was exceptionally patient and kind throughout the whole agonizing process. “This store (and company) has always treated me with such respect. Any time I have gone to this location in the crystal mall, I've been helped above and beyond. Wether it be changing up my cell plan, upgrading my phone, or just answering simple questions I myself could not. On this particular visit I was assisted by a gentlemen I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting yet. I believe his name was Glenn, and he created me with such charm and a passion for helping which I could tell was very genuine.
