Excellent customer service! The entire team is friendly and informative. They took the time to explain the products and helped me make an informed decision. I thank Paula for explaining what renters policies do and how they can help. My car was broken into and a lot of my things were stolen. I was able to file a renters claim and get all my stuff back!

i wouldnt even give them a single star if they allowed. completely disgusted with how they handle there business. be ware of the sales tactic of them adding additional discounts that you do not qualify for just to tell you a lower rate and finding out a couple months later they adjust it and send out a letter to let you know your bill is going up... and they cant do anything about it and you have to eat there mistake of "accidently " adding discounts and they cant do anything about it. allstate my be good but not this office.
