I have been coming here for many years, have gotten all of my ear piercings here and always been treated very well by all employees, I stopped by on this past Sunday, One of my piercings was extremely inflamed and the diamond stud was actually inside the hole, one of the ladies suggested trying the saline spray I purchased the spray and began using it that night, after two days, between the saline and my turning the back of the earring and wiggling it around, as of today my ear is completely healed, these ladies saved me a trip to the E.R., thank you so much

Why does the manager Chris at Crystal Mall still have a job there? She beyond rude and unapproachable and its been this way for YEARS! Her behavior is unacceptable and i am disgusted that Banter (previously piercing pagoda) upper management has not addressed the countless reviews SPECIFICALLY about this individual. Ive been buying jewelry from there since 16 and im 38 now. They have lost a loyal customer because i spend thousands and thousands of dollars a year there but no longer. Im taking my money to Super Jewelers from here on. Corporate do something about this manager.

I avoid the manager Chris at the Crystal Mall location because she is extremely rude and standoffish. There are countless negative reviews about this manager why is she still working there. Shame on you Banter of Piercing Pagoda. Please someone in corporate rectify this for your customers.

The lady there was yelling at my 99 year old grandmother to pick out a set of earrings so that she could get her ears pierced. My grandmother is almost blind and wheelchair bound. I told her to calm down and not yell at my elderly grandmother. We should have left that crazy lady but I was pressed for time. Will never go there again nor that crystal mall. Most of the stores are half empty with undressed mannequins lying scattered on the ground. Straight out of the Twilight Zone!

OH MY LORD THE WOMAN THAT WORKS HERE . SHE IS JUST THE WORST PERSON EVER AHE WAS YELLING AT ME TO SHOW HER WHERE THE NECKLACE IS AND ENGLISH IS NOT MY FIRAT LENGUAGE SO WAS HARD FOR ME TO INDICATE WHERE IT WAS I WAS SAYING LEFT RIGHT BUT SHE GOT VERY VERY ANGRY AND STARTED YELLING AT ME SHE LOSS PATIENCE SOO EASILY DONT EVER COME HERE THIS WOMAN WILL YELLON YOU IS THE SAME WOMAN EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT AHE IS BEEN HERE FOR YEARS THE CURLY WHITE WOMAN . I bought my husband a “14k gold chain” TODAY for his birthday and it broke TODAY. Poor quality jewelry and will be returning for our money back tomorrow! Chain was almost $400!! My husband bought me a necklace years ago from another jewelry store that is much thinner and has yet to break. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

Staff was not helpful when I asked her questions about nose rings. Stood at counter for some time before she looked up from the game on her phone before she acknowledged me. Went back 3 times after getting the wrong size and she ended up directing me to another store.

So unhappy with the service I had I went to go exchange my earrings after losing one side of it when I got to the kiosk nobody was there for about an hour we were walking back-and-forth waiting for someone to come there was no I’ll be right back sign or anything then once she comes back I proceed to tell her that I want to exchange my earring I lost one side and I had the other side she goes oh we don’t replace loss jewelry and I told her that when I had purchased it and paid for the warranty no one discuss the policy With me she told me that the policy covers it all Then I proceeded To go to the website of the company they decided to just brush me off like I was nothing as well told him I will be writing a bad review I’m not happy with the customer service they told me they filed a complaint but that still doesn’t do anything I paid for warranty for a pair of earrings that I cannot exchange or replaced because they don’t have a loss what does never discussed me and their policy at check out I’m not happy and I’m not OK even told me to buy a new pair of earrings I do not recommend BANTERS to anyone !
