The ONLY nail salon that respects appointment times. And they don’t rush but get done really quick. I’ve gotten two full set gel acrylics with tips and neither session took over an hour. I would give 5 stars, but the price is really hard to get by. They charged me $80 for the set I got, where other places wil charge around $60. I really really would regularly go here, but it’s so hard to afford. Please lower your prices :(

Miss Olivia and staff not the same service with the new owner. I went for a pedicure the lady with the short hair did a terrible job my feet looked terrible. She did a rush job had the audacity to say I should have gotten the more expensive pedicure as if that would’ve made a difference. I will not be returning very disappointed. ☹️

went in when they told me to arrive for my appointment and they made me wait 30 minutes. then the day after my finger started to hurt, went to the doctor and I have an infected finger now because of the manicure I got here. had to pay for antibiotic. being clean is the #1 in the nail salon and they are not! DO NOT GO HERE!

Absolutely beautiful work!! My nails were previously wrecked from a different nail salon and I have to admit I’m very particular about how my nails are done. Not only did this nail salon understand what I was asking for but they also did an impeccable job with perfecting every detail. I am so happy with how my nails turned out and I look forward to coming here again!

I really like how quick I got my nails done, eventho they were behind, and short staff. The lady did a great job on my nails, but my companion wasn't that lucky with the guy that did hers. Overall they were good and reasonable prices. The last picture is after 11 days, and I spent many hours at the beach and pool, but my nails were still looking good

Very very rushed. I went in for an Acrylic fill and ended up having to pay for a full set. I walked in with 5 of my last sets nails still remaining. When i sat down 35 minutes after I scheduled my appointment, which was very annoying because what’s the point of even making one… the guy starts to file down my nails and picks off 2 of my existing nails off with another nail (disgusting and unprofessional). After he was done a different person came over to finish my nails and she was very rushed throughout the entire time. She did not make sure my nails were all the same size (photo above) and kept getting up out of her chair to do other people’s nails at the same time. My appointment was 2 hours total for just a set of acrylic nails and they didn’t take me until 35 min after my scheduled appointment. Once i got to checkout i was charged for a full set and $10 for a removal fee. I ended up paying more money this time with 5 nails already then i did last time with no existing nails. I do not recommend as i will not go back

My mother and I enjoyed having our nails done here,very kind and professional and the salon is very clean. You even get a mini back massage at end of the manicure.Make sure to make appointments, everyone is starting to find this gem and they are busy.

I had a bad experience during my time here. I started by getting my toes done and once I initially dipped my feet in the water it was boiling. I told the woman doing my toes it was too hot and she didn't seem to care. The whole time it was a rushed job. I also want to point out that as she was painting my toes, the lamp accidentally fell and hit my wet gel polish and the woman just ignored it and kept painting over it making it look super bumpy. I also want to point out that the manicure I got was rushed as well. It ended up being bumpy as well. Once my manicure was finished the woman applied a very hot lotion in my hands inside a glove and burned me. She then proceeded to give me a back massage around my neck. She never asked if I was okay with it or not and she was being very rough to the point it hurt. I also want to talk about when it came time to pay. The total came up to $73 and she added her tip without asking. I get it, you can add your gratuity, it's hard work but then don't get mad at me when I give you a double tip just to even out my total. Once i payed and head out the door the woman says something i couldn't understand but from the tone of it, i understood it was a problem with how i tipped.. I do not recommend coming here. They will sit here and try to justify their bad service but this was my honest experience.

I was being picky for my birthday and wanted a NICE, RELAXING pedicure. The one thing I cannot stand is being pushed through a salon like a piece of meat. The ritual is important to me! Anyway, I moved to New London a year ago and had yet to find a salon I could trust to do a great job AND deliver a comprehensive ~experience~ SO SO happy to have found Q. I legit drove to two other salons today before I found them and THANK GOODNESS they’re here :’)I will be back as a regular. Can’t recommend this place enough! Clean, careful work. Quiet atmosphere. And bonus there’s a freakin Dunkin Donuts in the same plaza for extra girl treats!

Very nice and clean. Rushed my appointment and did acrylic instead of gel. Also did not do correct color.Edit: I did not have any tips on and was supposed to get a gel set put on. I picked two colors and showed a picture but it full nail colors were done the wrong color and design was not completed.
